Our management and R&D team has stuck to independent R&D and innovation based on over 20 years of deep understanding of and rich experience in the textile dyeing industry. We own independent property rights to all products and technologies, and a number of certificates of copyright and product registration for computer software, and over 10 certificates are pending approval. We have nearly 100 employees, including over 50 technical R&D, consulting and service personnel with a junior college diploma or above. We have set up an R&D center, an industrial control department and a software department, and successfully developed over 50 products in 6 categories independently. The Tianfu dyeing industry control and management information system, the first of its kind in China and self-developed by us, adopts an architecture of 3 layers – enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES) and process control system (PCS). This is the only new-type dyeing industry information system of China, and will certainly accelerate the further combination of industrialization and IT in our country’s textile dyeing industry, realize integrated management and control, promote the development of the industry, and generate favorable economic and social benefits.
We have launched a new-generation embedded high-performance industrial control platform based on independent R&D, on which the T series industrial control computers have been developed. It is widely applied to the monitoring and management of equipment for spinning, weaving, printing/jacquard weaving, pretreatment, dyeing, finishing and environmental treatment operations in the textile dyeing industry. The state-of-the-art embedded software and hardware design enables it to make highly reliable products, adapt to harsh industrial environments, and have a variety of expandable functions. The T5 and T6 strial control computers are designed specially for the monitoring and management of dyeing machines of different types.
The Tianfu weaving management information system launched by us in October 2008 has received extensive praises from users.
